About this property

XCHNG Downtown Loft Living

Industrial modern loft located in the heart of downtown Effingham!

Two bedrooms and two baths with queen beds, full kitchen, laundry, high speed wifi, and a 55" smart TV (we provide HBO Max, Disney+, & Hulu).

If you are working while you're visiting us, we have designed an inspired shared office space downstairs, just inquire with us so you can be your most productive and then spend more time relaxing!

Our stays are located above our basement speakeasy! We have a small but mighty food menu, and world-class cocktails.

We love to host and would love for you to stay with us! Kids, pets, and babies are welcome also! Just be prepared for the stairs in this historic building.

Check in process was smooth, making it stress free and fast!!! Walking around down town for food and fun was very enjoyable!!! Wheat Penny was 10/10 minus a few loud people that spoiled the mood. Water pressure in the shower not great and would be helpful if there was a mirror above the desks as those could double as an area to get ready in the am to free up bathroom space. The building is beautiful!!!! Loved the video games!!!

Great place to stay

Very convenient location, Very cosy and stylish apartment, with a big variety of things to do (f.e. games, the arcade machines were great!). But also nice shops and restaurants in walking distance to explore, very quiet at night.

Beautiful place

The pictures are nice, but the place is so much more beautiful in person. The only con I can come up with is the 25 stairs you must go up. With luggage its cumbersome. The place however is nicely placed directly downtown and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and pubs. The rental is well stocked and very clean. Easy rental all the way around.
