Guest Access:
This beautiful property has a private driveway access and parking. The primary entry point is located at the front of the residence. Guests will receive a randomized 4-digit access code 4 days prior to their check in date. This code is operable during your entire visit and a few hours after your check out date, just to make sure you didn't leave any items behind.

Other Things to Note:
☆ During the winter season, the water levels at West Point Lake are intentionally lowered as part of the lake’s management by the West Point Lake Dam. This seasonal drawdown reduces access to the lake from the dock, as water levels are significantly lower than in other seasons. It's a common practice designed to help with flood control and maintain the lake’s ecosystem. Despite the lower lake levels, the natural beauty and tranquility of the area remain perfect for a relaxing getaway.

☆ There are 2 Ring cameras at this location. The first is located at the front door entrance. The 2nd is located at above the garage doors entrance facing the parking area of the driveway.
