Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here. We knew the property would be nice but it exceeded our expectations. The views of Miami and the ocean canal behind the resort were great. We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning on the balcony and loved all that the resort had to offer as well. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We confirmed an ocean view with Karen. Instead, we arrived and had a view of the building directly in front of us. Not cool to misrepresent. When we alerted Karen (with pictures provided at her request), she offered an upgrade to an ocean view on a future reservation. No refund or any other amenity. No wsy we would book with her again. Beware.

Pro- the resort is huge, gorgeous and well kept. The amenities are fabulous.Con- The area around the resort is boring with not much to do, minimal restaurants and nothing for after dinner. The hotel staff was not as accommodating as I am used to. The pool/hot tub closes at 6 and the workers are pretty rude about it. We tilted our lounge chairs to be in the sun and we were told we couldn’t do that. Couldn’t bring food near the pool, can’t go in that area, can’t use that door, etc. Lots of “you can’t do that” for a vacation that we spent a lot of money on. While the place itself was impressive, I would not stay here again.

Oh wow. I am so sorry to hear this. I agree this isn’t in the heart of all the action but it’s a quick 5 minute uber to the crazyness of south beach. It still has enough nearby though where you don’t feel you need to travel. The hotel has several restaurants to choose from, Hakkasam and Scarpetta are my personal favorites. You also have the Nobu hotel right next door which is amazing and has options for restaurants as well. The hot tub pool closes on the early side, I agree, probably for liability reasons and can be loud for any of the rooms facing the pool. I understand this wasn’t the property for you, but I hope we can host you in our other properties that we manage.

Fontainebleau is in a great location, great beach area and most things were a $10 Uber ride away. The unit isn't on the beach side but still a nice view from the balcony. Space was clean and 2 fridges were great for drinks.

Where so I start? The room was gorgeous and had a beautiful sunset view. The staff were externally friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Food was delicious, beach service was superb, pools were beautiful and the entire stay was perfect. I would highly recommended and definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property

The room was nice with a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the spa and beautiful pool area. We ate at 3 different restaurants which were all wonderful! Karen was attentive and always answered in a timely manner. We will be back!
