We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake view property! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our host, Evelyn, went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for our stay. She was always available if we needed anything. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views of the countryside and lake—it was the ultimate peaceful getaway. The kitchen was exceptional with everything needed for preparing meals on site. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great family vacation here. Plenty of room for everyone, fully stocked kitchen and a grill for cooking out. Conveniently located near Starky's Marina, the Dam swimming area, and Eureka Springs.

I'd suggest moving grill to upper level to be close to kitchen since the bottom floor was unaccessible

House was clean and was stocked better than expected. There were a ton of kitchen appliances and equipment. The home has an area for the pups which made them feel at home as well :). We all loved our stay and the town.

I would recommend and coffee pot and atleast a mini fridge downstairs, maybe a room for a couple down there. The over all experience was great. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the beach towels were a nice touch! Overall I would be happy to stay there again!

Very clean, spacious. Convenient location that was a short drive to the main attractions in Eureka Springs. The hot tub was a nice bonus while enjoying the view from the deck.

The house’s patio had an amazing view down the valley into the lake below. The add of having a hot tub to lay in and soak all the enjoyment even more time outside.

Sylvan Shores cabin was only a one night stay - I wish we would have stayed there some additional nights, but ran out of vacation time. There is so much to do at Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake. It was a lovely cabin, very clean, contained everything we could possibly need. Hot tub was clean and a nice temperature for a soak. Evelyn was friendly and easy to communicate with - responded to emails quickly. I highly recommend Sylvan Shores Cabin.
