Had a great 4 day stay here for the Nascar race at Kansas Speedway. Nice, quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking in the driveway. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean. The host was very accommodating and always responded promptly to messages if we needed anything.

Everything was very good this rental exactly as host has it. I do have a problem with vrbo though. Info says all fees included in price which is untrue with vrbo. Not included in this all included fee is the cleaning fee, vrbo fee, and tax. This rental was very good.

Short Stay - Clean and Organized

Cleaned and organized VRBO. The vrbo is located on the bottom floor of a house and we found that it could get chilly but they provided space heaters (which was great). Two door locks to get you in but you do hear activity above you.

Worked well!

Our stay was good. We were a little off guard with it being in the basement of someone’s home and there being quiet hours between 8pm and 7am. Honestly that didn’t bother us this time but I do think that’s early if you are wanting a vacation spot. I’m also not sure if it’s an older house, but the toilet did run if the handle wasn’t pulled up and the pipes would knock. However, cute little spot if you need a quiet place to stay! Very clean and the host was very helpful!

The apartment was clean, and we were in our own space in an updated basement area that was as described and separate from the rest of the house. There was parking in the driveway in a safe neighborhood about 20 minutes outside downtown Kansas City. The unit was easily accessible with detailed instructions on how to get in. The kitchen sink does make a rather loud noise when turned on, which was surprising at first, but we got used to it. All in all, a great place to stay around Kansas City!
