Beautiful+Modern Flat: downtown, parking, laundry
Totally new modern little apartment with a cozy gas fireplace, and all the amenities: Full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, super fast wifi, and convenient location to downtown or the lakefront. NESPRESSO coffee maker and coffee provided free. Walk or bike is just a few minutes to lakefront or Church Street Marketplace. One parking spot provided! 15%weekly stay discount 30%monthly!!
The space
Small one bedroom apartment on the first floor with automatic check in. One parking spot, full kitchen. All newly renovated space right downtown on North street. Guests enjoy being walkable to downtown and all Burlington has to offer.
Guest access
Punch code SELF check in with directions/ code emailed the day prior to check in, as well as the parking map and other check in details. Parking is directly outside the unit entry right off north street - If guests have multiple cars there is street parking as well.
Other things to note
This is a cute, compact, fastest wifi you can get little apartment, with nice modern details. It is located on the first floor of a fairly busy street right downtown in the Old North End- so much is available within walking distance. Also the Waterfront is about 6 blocks away.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! All new appliances and freshly renovated. Everything was super clean and well kept. Everything you could need: coffee, condiments, bath products, and towels. Sam and Errin thought of everything. Would love to check out their other places too!
