Nice little spot downtown, walkable to everything. Better than a hotel with the kitchen and cheaper too.Mattress was squishy and comfortable, like I like it. Decent amount of pillows and towels. Kitchen was easy to use for basic needs. Would stay there again.

Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.

City Nest was a perfect place to stay for the night getting into Burlington. Easy to find and access. It was a steep narrow staircase up to the apartment and thin walls resulted in hearing other renters throughout the stay. It was the perfect size for one person (two would work as well) and all I could need. Quick walk into downtown. A curtain blocking the hallway/staircase light would be helpful for a good nights rest.

The location of the apartment is good, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was ac and wifi, the instructions were very easy, and the hosts were very accommodating!

This is my first time staying in a VRBO home alone and everything about my experience was a breeze! The studio that I stayed in was just as quaint and convenient to Church Street, the Waterfront park, and Soda Plant Galleries as advertised. The photos were exact, the home was clean and safe. As a single woman when traveling solo, safety is essential and City Nest provided all of that. It was the perfect size for me and right in the center of town. I walked everywhere and didn't even have to take an Ubar. My host was friendly, reliable, and respectful. I definitely recommend staying in this historic and well kept charming home, when visiting Burlington.

This is a one room “apartment”. You will hear your neighbors slam their doors or conversations at all times of the night. The WiFi is TERRIBLE - I could barely have the TV on and use my laptop at the same time.

Good little apartment. I was visiting my son for the weekend and was it was also graduation weekend for VT. This apt was great. Exactly as described. The apt was cleaner than the entrance/hallways in the building which was a relief. Kitchen was well stocked and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to Church street, so easy access to everywhere I needed to go. Dedicated parking space is good. Someone took it for 2 nights I was there, but there was an extra space (non reserved) I was able to park at off the streets. Only suggestions is for additional towels and a curtain in the bathroom. Though the window is small, it still needs a curtain. I would stay here again.
