Wonderful, quiet and scenic, we would definitely recommend this lovely home! My husband and I came to Madeira to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and our first few days in a different house were disappointing with a constantly noisy bar across the street. Then we arrived for our stay at the Escape to Paradise and we were so happy to find it was clean and quiet, with gorgeous views and extra special touches like a bottle of wine, local cookies, bottled water and everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. We cannot say enough about the gorgeous location. We sat on the patio for coffee in the morning and we watched the sunsets and the fog coming over the mountains at night. The grocery store and cafes and restaurants are a few minutes drive away and this location was perfect to enjoy the West side of the island. Jose and Eva were wonderful, always available when we had questions, helped us check in easily and were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. This home saved our vacation and we wished we had another week to stay. If we return to Madeira we will definitely try to stay here again.
