Well appointed apartment close to U of Chicago and expressways. Compared to downtown hotels for the marathon it’s a bargain. So glad we stayed here.

Very nice unit. 1 mile walk to Obama Presidential Center. Comfortable beds. Good free parking options. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place near UChicago or Obama center.

This was a clean, cozy property close a to conference we were attending near the University of Chicago. The property and was clean and modern. The communication with the hosts was excellent. They provided exceptionally clear check-in and check out instructions. They also responded to questions quickly. We didn't spend much time in the property other than sleeping and getting ready for our day. The second queen bed was more full size but still adequate for our needs.

The place was super clean. Check-in process was smooth. Host was very responsive to our questions and requests. The house is on a quiet street, close to University of Chicago. It is also close to a big grocery shop. We had a good stay at this place.

Pros: Location, parking, spacious, amenities, easy access, very comfortable mattress and pillows, host very responsive.Cons: Our first impression from the curb appeal was nice until we had to deal with all the flying bugs and spiders leading up to the garden unit which totally freaked me out! I reached out to the host and she resolved the issue with natural essential oil spray which contained the critters. I guess the weather and humidity brought out the little buggers! To make matters worse that night, the smoke detector alarm started going off at 1am and continued for 50 minutes. The host was responsive and fixed the issue later that morning.Day 2 we settled in and quite enjoyed the space. Overall: It was a very comfortable space that I would stay in again.

quick two nights stay this past weekend. Location was quick and easy to the south end of UChicago. Weather was nice, so even walking to the north end of the campus was easy. The unit was very clean and HUGE! Two bedrooms as advertised with comfy beds. Bathrooms were clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. We did not make any meals, but there was adequate equipment to make meals if one wished to. The unit is a garden apt, but sunlight was able to stream in in the mornings. Easy and fast communication. The only interesting part was that the climate was set remotely, but the host quickly responded with our requests without issues. For UChicago events, the surrounding hotels were all charging crazy prices, making this place a much better choice, especially with the space.
