Welcome to your dream vacation getaway! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home was newly built on what was once the 15th hole of the historic Gulf Hills Golf Club – a course where legends like Elvis Presley used to hang out!

Located just minutes from downtown Ocean Springs, you’ll have access to a vibrant mix of shops, bars, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Plus, you're only a quick trip over the bridge to Biloxi’s world-famous casinos.

The home features a primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed and an attached bathroom for privacy and comfort. There are two guest rooms – one with a queen bed and another with a bunk bed (twin on top, double on the bottom), offering space for everyone to relax. Each bedroom has a Smart TV to use your accounts to stream your favorite shows.

The open space living room was a large Smart TV to gather around, perfect for cozy nights in.

When you're not dining at the many nearby restaurants, you’ll love preparing meals in the fully modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for a home-cooked feast.

Enjoy peaceful mornings on the back patio with your coffee or bring your fishing pole and cast a line in the backyard pond.

There’s plenty of room to park your boat, trailer, or RV in the spacious driveway, making it a perfect home base for fishing, boating, or other coastal adventures.

We had a wonderful visit at The 15th Fairway Cottage. It was as pictured. The location was great and the view was really nice. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and Canadian Geese in the back yard. The home was well equiped and even decorated for Christmas! The host was attentive and easy to reach. Would definitely rent again. You will not be disappointed if you book The 15th Fairway Cottage.

If I could give the owner and property manager Chris more than 5 stars I would!! The house is immaculate and stocked with everything you could think of. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. The house was beautifully furnished, stocked with everything you can think of, enough towels for our family of 5 and even little sample products in case you needed them which we did not. When I say it was immaculate it really was! In the past I've rented places and find hairs all over the bathroom, not here! There was not one hair anywhere! The backyard was beautiful, I loved going outside to watch the Geese on the water. Chris (the property manager) is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We will defiantly be staying here again when we need to come back to Mississippi!

This property is found in one of the best locations in Ocean Springs, Gulf Hills. You can be close to the popular shops & restaurants, yet are not on the busy roads with loud traffic. It's located in a quiet neighborhood in a golf resort community and provides peace, serenity, and all the comforts of home while you are on vacation. We guarantee you will absolutely love it!
