Tastefully furnished. 1st floor has open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and family room with pull-out couch. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with queen bed and balcony facing ocean, and second bedroom with 2 twin beds and balcony overlooking grassy backyard perfect for unwinding. Watch the sun rise over the ocean as you sip your morning coffee on the private patio surrounded by seashells and white picket fences. Walk to breath-taking beach, Poppy Marketplace for drinks, dinner, or shopping. Grab pizza and mini-golf or dine at Poppy Inn or Country Club. Short drive to luxury shops, movies and restaurants at Mashpee Commons and easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard.

Easy to get to from Boston, Providence or New York, located on upper Cape Cod on Nantucket Sound. The best of each season from a charming village of Nantucket-style townhomes and cottages. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Maushop Village. It's a compact unit but well layed out and comfortable enough for a family of four. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and nice to have A/C during some warm nights. Unit was well stocked with beach chairs, kitchenware, sheets and blankets, etc. A beautiful private beach was just a short walk through the immaculate and charming village. Close to Mashpee Commons and fairly convenient to other popular Cape destinations as well (Falmouth, Woods Hole, Sandy Neck Beach, etc.) Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location!

Just back from a wonderful week-long stay at Kristina’s beach condo and already wishing we were still there!The location can’t be beat: the condo is a quick walk from both the beach steps and beach path (which is the more kid-friendly option) and has fabulous views of the ocean from the primary bedroom’s balcony. The kitchen was updated with new appliances and was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cutting boards — everything you could ever need to prep at home!The condo itself backs onto a quiet grassy yard, which was ideal for our daughter to play in while we grilled on the back patio. We also enjoyed sitting under the umbrella on the front patio and listening to the peaceful ocean waves.Kristina was a dream host: she checked in throughout our stay to ensure things were going smoothly, and is pleasant and easy to speak to! She really went the extra mile to make sure we were having a great stay. Highly recommend this location and can’t wait to return next year!

Everything “just so”!

The property is in excellent condition. The host, Kristina, has supplied everything a guest could need to function comfortably in the house. We had a few questions the first day. Kristina responded within a few minutes to any question that we posed. She made us feel very welcome.

Perfect family vacation home

This property is well maintained and has everything you could need for your beach vacation. Less than 2 min walk to private beach. Short stroll to Market Place with restaurants, shops, free outdoor concerts, ice cream and more. Master bedroom has balcony with ocean views and breezes. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a balcony as well. Owner has all the amenities for you - Sheets, towels, beach chairs, etc. Nothing to do but relax and enjoy! I highly recommend this property.

Lovely vacation home

Returned to this lovely townhouse after a great stay 3 years ago. The house is adorable with a great layout to enjoy the ocean breezes. Great for our family of 5. Master bedroom has view of the ocean. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the sofa on the first level is a pullout. House is stocked with everything you would need! Beach chairs, towels and toys are provided. It is a short walk to a lovely beach that doesn't get too crowded and also a short walk to a the Popponesset Marketplace. Lovely trails for walking/running. Highly recommend staying here!

The perfect spot!

We spent 4 lovely days on a ladies' trip to the Cape in this gem of a spot. While the location is great, what really makes this the perfect place to stay is the unit and Kristina's (the owner) helpfulness. The unit itself is very well kept, extremely clean, well stocked and full of comfy little touches like an oversize chair you can sink into and a fleece blanket to cover up with. It's just plain comfortable. Kristina was very prompt in her responses, is clearly engaged with the property and its management. We have stayed at a few different places in Maushop and this was our favorite!

Cute Seaside Cottage

Booked the cottage for a long-weekend writing retreat. The place was perfect for what I was looking for...great views and ocean breezes, short walks to the Marketplace and the beach, and a cozy place to rest and get some work done. I didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was fabulously equipped. Kristina even left a few things in the fridge, and was easy to get a hold of when I had a quick question. The place was spotless, timeless, and a great retreat on Cape Cod. Her neighbor, Bob, went out of his was to be considerate and welcoming. Lovely stay--so happy to have visited and stayed here!

Ideal location in a very special community

We absolutely loved our stay at 44 Landmark. This was our second year at Maushop and this time we brought our extended family. My MIL and FIL stayed at this home and loved it. The view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing and the balcony is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We loved having family dinners almost every night on the front patio while enjoying the water view and beautiful ocean breeze. Our girls zipped around the circle on their bikes searching for bunnies while we relaxed and enjoyed some much needed family time. The location was very convenient to the stairs to the beach, which was ideal for my in-laws. The beach is amazing! Having something that gorgeous steps away from where you are staying is unbeatable. Their neighbor Bob also helps renters with anything they may need. He was available at a moments notice for any questions we had, and greeted us warmly every single day. He even surprised our girls with ice cream and fun coloring bags! Our daily interactions with Bob made our trip even more enjoyable. I say this in every review about Maushop Village because it is true - it is a magical hidden gem on The Cape! We cannot wait to return!

Great location made an awesome vacation

This place was perfect for my husband, myself, our 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The place was vert clean and very cozy for our family of 4. Almost everything we needed was provided which made packing for this trip easier. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and overall the neighborhood was very quiet. The beach is less than a five minute walk and can be accessed via a set of steps or a shell lined path. The sand was clean, soft, and there were lots of families with kids. The surf is very kid friendly as well. There is not much difference between high tide and low tide. There are some small pebbles on the shore line which can hurt your feet, so if you have weak soles of your feet like me, water shoes would help. The kids had no issues with the pebbles. The ocean was warm for August and we spent most of our vacation at the beach. The location is great, walking and running paths are near by and there is a small marketplace, restaurants, and mini golf within walking distance. The central location also allows for many trips to attractions and shopping all around the Cape. We found the owner was very responsive and had no issues with our stay. We really enjoyed our end of Summer vacation and I would highly recommend this place. Everything was just so easy and comfortable.

Great Stay in New Seabury

This cottage was perfect for our weekend on the cape for a fall wedding. It was walking distance via nicely kept trails to the Poppy Inn and other New Seabury amenities. The cottage itself was cute and exactly what we expected from the listing. Check in was smooth and ran into no issues during our stay. The host, Kristina, checked in with us to make sure we were all set, too. While it wasn’t beach weather while we were there, it’s the perfect set up for a summertime stay, just steps from the beach! I would definitely come back.

Beautiful setting steps from the private beach

The little community that this property is part of, is absolutely breathtaking! The townhouse is quiet and quaint and located just steps to the beach! We enjoyed spending time on the gorgeous beach. We also used the designated trail and walked into the village, where we had dinner and drinks. We loved how walkable the area was. We were there during the off season, so not everything was open, but I can imagine that it is a very lively little town in the summer. Christina was an amazing host. She had excellent communication and was very helpful. We asked for a few "extras" and she was very accommodating. The balconies off the bedrooms and the front patio, and the yard in the back were nice extras. It was also really helpful having an unit washer and dryer. Our only note to future renters would be that the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are small. The second bedroom was perfect for our 7 & 9 year old daughters (with the two twin beds)! My husband is 6'4" so the primary bedroom was tight for him. Overall we highly recommend the host and the property!

Maushop is a hidden gem

Renting was seamless and communication with owner was easy. Prime location in beloved Maushop Village. The new AC was a welcomed comfort. Kitchen stocked with everything you need.
