Completely refurbished in 2016. Bathrooms and kitchen with new flooring and wall tile. Freshly painted entire unit. A/C in a bedroom, ceiling fan in other bedroom. Building complex offers convenience store and coffee shop. Pool and children's play areas. 5 minutes walking distance to metro(subway).

The apartment is complete with amenities, we are 5 people and felt comfortable, I will definitely recommend this property, for the views to sugarloaf , bitafogo bay,from the rooms, good security, at the entrance and at the lobby of each building, clean Elevators, common ground well maintenance, friendly stuff. Great location

We had a great stay in Rio

The apartment was great, clean and tidy and well equipped. We were 5 adults and had plenty of space, with 3 showers there was no waiting to get up and out to explore. It’s perfectly situated near the beaches and shops, plenty of restaurants near by. The staff were very helpful and other residents polite. It’s a safe community and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for having us

Great location! Had all the amenities needed to support our family of 5.

We traveled here for the Olympics and were a bit hesitant due to us not knowing the area. However, we were pleasantly surprised. It was located in a great location and equally between 2 different metro stations, both within 15-20 minute walking distance. The apartment was clean, easy to access, and met all the needs of our family of 5. You can see Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Christ Redeemer. One note, the apartment is located at the top of a steep hill, however we found there was an elevator across from the mall that you could take instead of walking up and down the hill. We would request to stay here again and definitely would recommend it to anyone heading to Rio. Also, the owner is very responsive to any questions. That was a BIG help for us.
