With a deck and walkway to it's seasonal dock you can sit in the sun and watch the waves, fish from the dock, boat or kayak your way around Casco Bay.

Newly renovated, this property has all new kitchen appliances. Induction cooktop and multi function oven, new dishwasher, toaster and refrigerator with ice and water. Bathrooms are also renovated with full size walk in showers with seats and safety bars for your peace of mind. All new in August of 2026.
