In town for baseball game at Arkansas

We had a lovely stay. The location was great for our purpose and the rental was exactly as expected. Our first day 2 trains passed which were surprisingly close but after those 2 trains (during the day) we never heard one again. I would definitely recommend this location and book again myself.

Nice Place, Very Thoughtful Property Manager, Unfortunate Train Horn

The condo was clean and plenty of room for our trip. The manager communicated effectively and left us with a mix of snacks and coffee. They even went so far as to leave a cake in the fridge to celebrate the reason for the trip. Very thoughtful. There were two items to note about our trip. (1) We had an army of ants in the kitchen. No big deal as there was some bug spray under the sink and that took care of them. (2) The apartment is VERY close to train tracks and unfortunately those tracks were used daily. The passing train itself wasn't terribly loud, but the conductor blaring the horn in the middle of the night wasn't fun.Location was close to campus and the Walmart grocery store. Parking was ample. Check out process was easy (we appreciate it when paying a cleaning fee and your personal "to do" list is minimal).

Wow, where do I start. I will start with the little things that I could over look. The shower head is either jet or mist…no in in between. The refrigerator runs so loud at night that sleeping was very hard. The fan and light in the bathroom has mold and does not work. The light flickered and then would go out. There was mold in the bathroom and there was an exposed carpet tack strip that myself any my daughter stepped on several times. Trust me, there is nothing like stepping on a nail at 2am to wake you up. The password for the internet was written in manner that was not easily read. I contacted the host and never heard back. Only after calling the internet company that I was able to get the password. The room does not sleep 4. 2 comfortably at best. My daughter wanted to sleep on the queen size air mattress as the pull out looked sketchy (more on that later). The air mattress was deflated by 1am. The next night she slept on the pull out. Only to have odd red marks on her the next morning. Let’s just say that after the next night that we did a telehealth visit and the doctor indicated that this looked like bites from bugs. My mattress had urine stains. Would I recommend this unit 204…no, I can say with confidence that I cannot. I only heard back from the host, three days after asking for a refund and was told no. Stating that I should have reached out. But when you are ghosted on previous messages…it makes it hard to see that you would get a response back.
