This unit is on the first floor of a two-level building with four apartments.

I reside in one of the apartments on the second level and will be present during your stay.

There is also a friendly tenant living in one of the apartments on the second level who you will likely see during your stay in addition to friendly tenants in the adjacent apartment building.

The street is tree-lined and features similar apartment buildings. The neighborhood is friendly and social, quiet during the week, and more vibrant on weekends with local GoGo music, families in the park, and kids playing.
