About this property

Top Floor - Elevator, 2 Bed,1 Bath, 1 Block to Beach, POOL!

Immaculate well cared for condo located on the top (third) floor of the Legacy condominium complex. Our condo is located on Plymouth Place between Ocean and Atlantic Ave, one (1) block from the beach and boardwalk. This freshly renovated rental property includes wireless internet, four (4) Beach Tags, a beach umbrella and two beach chairs.

Our condominium has two bedrooms, one jack-and-jill bathroom (renovated in 2025), a living room and a new kitchen (2022). The condo includes one Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bunk bed with trundle in the second bedroom, and one new queen- size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has an electric stove top, convection microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. However, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance for those who do not want to cook on vacation. Enjoy coffee or dinner on our third floor balcony with a great sea breeze and SunSetter retractable awning . There are peeks of the Ocean and beautiful views of the Ferris Wheel and Atlantic City at night.

Three flat screen TV's with cable and wireless internet.

Park your car in our private covered parking garage and walk to the beach, boards, rides, shopping and more as there is no need to drive again. Our condominium is in the heart of Ocean City!!

Enjoy the beach with the beach tags and chairs provided or relax by our sparkling pool (open weekends only from Memorial Day through Father’s Day weekend, then daily until Labor Day). You will be steps away from the OC Water Park and Castaway Cove. Stroll the boards in the evening with weekly events going on.

This condominium is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. We rent to families only to ensure a pleasurable vacation. (No Senior or Prom Weeks.)

This was the perfect location for our family of four to have an autumn beach weekend! The condo is very clean and up-to-date. Amazing experience

The perfect spot by the beach

I loved this place so much! So cozy and adorable, has literally everything you need. Also the location is amazing, shortest walk to the boardwalk and downtown where are all the cutest shops and restaurants are. Will definitely book again whenever I'm back in OC :)

This property was a perfect fit for our family getaway. The kids loved the bunk room, the pack n play fit easily in the master bedroom, the laundry room was conveniently located right down the hall, and the beach was only a five minute walk down the road. It was great to have access to the pool on days we didn’t go to the beach. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very informative about the amenities and check in instructions. We hope to return again next summer!

The condo was absolutely immaculate, well appointed and very close to the beach! Communications with the owners were spot on with clear, concise, directions about the condo and amenities. The owners had everything you would need for a beach vacation, chairs, beach wagon, and an umbrella. The condo had games, cards and many books to keep the young folks entertained! We are a family of five that have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore since we were both little kids. We love Ocean City and decided to purchase this condo to continue to make memories with our family every year. We are happy to offer this condo to others so they can make some family memories as well.

Why they chose this property

Charming & cozy, walking distance to everything needed in Ocean City; but nestled in on Plymouth Place away from the noise & hubbub of the street. Up on the third floor, quiet with a great view and no one above you; but where you can still keep an eye on the pool. An elevator and covered parking as well! Life here just does not get any better or at least any more relaxing!

What makes this property unique

We keep our condo smoke, pet and clutter free. It is crisp and clean and decorated in colors of yellow, blue and white. We, along with our guests, enjoy the local eateries or sharing a pizza on our patio. Lots of lazy days sunning at the beach and pool, then relaxing back at the condo; either watching the sunset out front or the distant glow of the Ferris wheel over the boardwalk out back. You can stroll the boardwalk or Asbury Ave for window shopping, or go to the water park at the end of our street.

No matter what you do or where you go in Ocean City, every one has a smile. When you drive in over the new Causeway, all your cares go away and this is YOUR place for the week!!
