3-5 minutes walk (200 meters) to a beautiful beach. Fully fitted villa. 400 square meters. Lots of cafes and bars nearby. Easy access to Pattaya's best attractions - Tiffany and Alkazar shows, Walking street and Buddha Hill. There are 4-bedrooms in the villa. The re is a beautiful terrace with sofas near the swimming pool. Water and electricity is already included in the price. Our office is located in 500 meters and we are happy to help on every occurring issue.

Host was good, absolutely no problem. But location is not so good due to poor insulation of house so
Host was good, absolutely no problem. But location is not so good due to poor insulation of house so all noise from otherwise quiet steeet could be heard all night. One motorbike at night would wake up the whole villa, very poor sound insulation.
And need a proper cleaning in room closets as inside all was quite dusty so not so comfortable to put clothes away for staying long time.
Location is so so without car but we had so no problem.
