The screened in lanai is perfect for enjoying your breakfast outside or taking in the incredible sunsets. ACROSS FROM THE BEACH

The best part is the location to the public beach and trolley stop. The unit looked newly updated with new kitchen and flooring. All was really good. The only exception was that there is not washer/dryer in the unit and the WI-FI was seldom working.

We had a great time! Condo was as pictured. It does need some updating. Beds were not comfortable. Master bath is very small and no water pressure. You need to make sure you bring paper goods, garbage bags & soap-not provided and don’t remember that being in the listing. It was a great location, right across from Siesta Key Beach and the trolley stop was right out front. Due to trees in the way you can’t see sunset from the balcony. Overall it was a great girls weekend and will be back! Thank you 😊

Everything you need

This unit has everything necessary for a comfortable stay on Siesta Key. Very clean with new carpeting, there are ample supplies of linens, bath, kitchen, and beach towels, cooking and eating utensils, beach chairs and sand play items, televisions, DVD player, and reading materials, as well as living room, dining room and balcony seating. The third-floor condo is directly across the street from the Siesta Key Beach parking lot, which can be seen from the screened outdoor balcony. Views of the Gulf and beach are mostly hidden past the vast parking lot by the tree line outside the beach. However, the walk across the street and parking lot to the expansive beach is worth it to feel the soft cool sand. The condo association heated pool was great and the recreation center has outside shuffleboard and inside games too. We and 2 other adult relatives enjoyed the unit and its location for a week.

Awesome Vacation

Very clean unit. The kids loved the pool as well as us. Landscaping is beautiful. Nice being across the street from ocean. As well as being so close to the center of town. The kids loved being picked up from the frog hop bus.

Love this place~!

Well-equipped with all one needs! Loved everything about it but the mattresses. Our friends stayed in the master and said they rolled to the middle. We stayed in the guest room and I also felt those mattresses could have been more firm. Regardless, we are coming back again.
