This 1940's Vacation Home, less than 200 feet from Siesta Beach, was recently upgraded in 2015 with all the modern conveniences, including a beautiful private pool with sun-shelf and barbeque for your entertainment and relaxing pleasure. There is a formal dining area and plenty of relaxing space, including a in-door bar area over looking the pool. This house has multiple driveways and is capable of handling a small RV and/or motorcycle trailer, etc. ... Paddleboard rental is optional and some beach supplies are included. Cable and WIFI included. Blender, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. are also basic features.

The property was clean, the hosts were very responsive. Great location. Quite but only 8 min walking from the village, minutes walk from beach. I would rent again. The pool had some debris in it but may have come the roof and trees. It was very refreshing, great outdoor seating. Check in was easy.

We would stay here again. Easy walk to the beach and town. The pool was nice, a little dirty but they had a person coming to clean it. Other than that it was a clean place and was a great stay.

Great time in Siesta!

Our family had a wonderful time at Gary’s place in Siesta! The rentals were exactly as described. Great location…can walk to everything (beach, the village). It was nice having both properties for our family of 5!

Siesta Key Gem

My family and I loved this place. A great feature is your own pool. The house is very nice and has a vintage cottage feel with the wood floors and walls. It is supplied with everything you need for the house and the beach. The best part is the location. A short walk to one of the best public access points on Siesta Key.

We loved our stay at this cute house! The bathroom and shower were a 10! Plenty of vanity space to layout makeup and other girl stuff! The bedrooms were a 10! Plenty of closet space and a comfortable king bed in one! The main house was so comfortable and inviting. Really bright with natural light coming in from the many windows. The kitchen was spacious and had everything you might need. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it was so blue and serene to look at. The location was a 10! Not even a block from public beach access. We would stay here again! Stacey and Gary were wonderful hosts. Easy in and out! Thanks for your hospitality!

Great space for the family

Stacie is very helpful and accommodating family needs. She even provided a pack and play and high chair for our little guy in addition to lots of beach toys and a wagon to make trips to the beach easy. We’ll be back!

December Mini Vacation

We had a great time in Siesta Key! The property was perfect for the two of us. The owners had the cottage decorated for Christmas to make it feel like home. Communication and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay and it was lovely! You cannot beat the location being a short walk to the beach. Great pool with a little shallow area too. Plenty of towels and pool toys. We can’t wait to come back.
