The house is not clean. It has cockroaches. And bedbugs. The bathroom does not have much hot water. The beds are very soft and one of them had a hole in the middle. It is not a very confortable stay. It has holes on the walls.

The guest is not telling the truth. The guests stayed full course without issues. Then she wants free stay and refund after checking out. After it was denied, she started fabricating things on reviews.
