Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Great condo

Good location, easy walk to the beach and shops at Coligny. Very clean and nicely appointed. My 8 year old loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

HH getaway

I will start off by saying this condo is within walking distance from the beach and has a very nice outdoor pool. It is very cute and nicely decorated. There are some things that need attention, however. Fix the holes on all of the walls where the old curtains hung, that is not a good look. A garbage disposal would be a wise investment. Instructions for the tv’s would be helpful due to multiple remotes. A pad under the bathroom rug is a necessity as I almost fell when I stepped into the room due to the slippery floor. You need some new beach chairs as the ones in the box are rusted and broken. There was no mattress pad on the bed…?
