Powder Chaser's Dream Apartment

This beautiful and modern and fully independent studio apartment grants excellent access to both Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon. If you are chasing powder, this is the place for you!

When you aren't hitting the slopes, you'll be able to relax in our peaceful home.

Located in a quiet area of Sandy, you'll be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the central Wasatch from your window while being conveniently located next to major roads and shopping facilities.

The space
Living Area & Kitchen:
The Living room in this home is conjoined with the bedroom, you will be delighted to find a comfortable couch, along with a flat screen TV enabled with all of your favorite streaming platforms.

The kitchen is a small almost half breed kitchen/kitchenette. The only thing you will find missing from a traditional kitchen is an oven, but we have provided a toaster oven as well.

Bedrooms:
With a nice, comfy, queen bed, you're sure to get a great nights rest!

Also included, is a very comfy pull out sofa bed. Easy and fast to set up. Double size, it can accommodate another person for separate sleeping situations.

Bathroom(s) & Laundry:
This gorgeous, modern bathroom features a large walk in shower.

Laundry is found in the hallway.

We had a great five days here. It’s in a great location (only a 20-minute drive to Alta and Snowbird), and William was very responsive whenever we needed help. There is no central heating, but the two heaters were great to have. While we were there, it was around 30 degrees, and since the place isn’t very large, the heaters really made a difference.

Good value

The place was well apportioned and had a very comfortable bed. For the price, it was very good. The only downside is that the apartment does not have its own thermostat and can be a bit cold. A space heater is provided, but that only heats the bedroom, not the bathroom or kitchen. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again if we come back.
