Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

What a week!!!

Spring break 2025 was incredible!! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need!! We had 19 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone! The 5 masters with king beds was so nice!! Plenty of towels, wonderful pool, easy walk to the beach, close to Pompano Joes for great food and drinks!! We LOVED it!! Christmas Cheers!

We had a great time at Seabbatical! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate our large family! The kitchen was stocked so we could make Christmas cookies and many delicious dinners. The bunk/game room was awesome for all the cousins to stay together. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Located a couple blocks from a public beach access and restaurant. It was an easy walk or ride in the golf cart. We made many Christmas memories at Seabbatical and I highly recommend!
