The area we stayed was good, dead end street, not a lot of traffic. The house was clean and met our needs. Our host was always quick to respond, the check in and out went smooth. No issues.

We were there at check-in time and there were no codes and we spent a good 45 to an hour trying to reach someone to help. We did have a situation where a mirror fell off the wall and broke. The owner/manager was very kind about that. The place was beautiful. Checking in was the only issue.

Quick family weekend in Sarasota

This house was great for a weekend getaway in the Sarasota area. The house was well-appointed and clean, with nice gathering areas, inside and out. It is also very close to Publix and Target, and was a reasonable Uber ride to the downtown restaurants and bars.
