Modern Villa close to Narbonne, the black mountains, canal du midi and a sandy beach. Set in mature landscaped gardens, the house is on the edge of the village of Marcorignan. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside offers a tranquil holiday setting. The house sleeps 12 and has many family facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. 4 double bedrooms, and 2 twin rooms, 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and 2 separate toilets. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining sitting area, TV and DVD player together with children's DVDs, books and games. There is a large trampoline (with safety net), basketball, and table tennis table. The 10m x 5m pool is fitted with a safety alarm. A wide open (with a covered section) terrace provides the perfect sitting area for al fresco dining together with a built in BBQ.

Beautiful Golf Course on the outskirts of Carcasonne.
