Superb location!- 3 minutes walking distance from acres of vineyards as well as 5 minutes walking to town, Walking distance from Health Spa Napa Valley – fabulous spa - great pool, gym with cardio equipment, yoga and spinning classes and full compliment of spa treatments. Walking to these excellent restaurants: Tra Vigne (3 minutes), Farmstead (3 minutes), Terra, French Blue, Goose and Gander and Gott’s Roadside (as in Taylors Drive-In)
Dead end street - very little traffic, quiet and very safe for little ones. The home is on the east side of St. Helena which is walking distance to town but still has the country feel. Location was ideal for us. Walking to restaurants, quaint downtown and boutique shops was terrific. Peaceful street and fully stocked kitchen was delightful.
The quiet location at the end of the street within walking distance to town is so convenient. The house is cozy and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our vacation.
Great location - can walk to restaurants and an excellent grocery store. Well-stocked kitchen. Place was very clean. Fast wi-fi made working remotely possible. Responsive host. Will return!
Pamela was very welcoming and responsive. Great host.The home is very well kept and clean and had all of the necessities in the bathrooms and kitchen. It is also at the end of private street with a lovely walking path into town which is so convenient. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful weekend stay with our family, including a toddler and an infant for a wedding that happened to be across the street. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’d definitely stay again!
I can’t recommend this property enough! Perfect location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and wineries. Our host was helpful and her home was perfect!

We loved staying here in the heart of St. Helena. We stayed with 2 friends and had plenty of room to spread out. It was very clean with comfortable furniture and all the amenities you would want. The owner was kind and very responsive to any inquiry. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

The house is a block from Main Street, via a nice gravel path - couldn't have been more convenient. Charter Oak and Farmstead, two great restaurants are even closer, on the way down the path. The house was super clean. We enjoyed the fact that each couple had almost a separate apartment on the two floors, with the kitchen/dining room in common. There were nice touches like space heaters for the baqthrooms, appreciated in January, althouth the house was plenty warm.
Very nice older property a block off Main Street behind Merryvale Winery. Convenient to numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Owner was very gracious and helpful with suggestions. As a two story Victorian there were a lot of steps for us as senior citizens. Would stay here again!

Location was perfect . Back yard great. Very Clean But...
There was so much deferred maintenance on the property. All the cabinets were all chipped and the flooring on the stairs and lower level were almost tripping hazards. Rips all over and part of flooring was missing is master bath. The entire condo needs paint. If those things were done I would stay again and pay more. But it was the location, outdoor space and cleanliness that got it the 2 stars

Jean - thanks for review. Yes, we have just been waiting for the house to be vacant to do the upgrades. New laminate flloors being installed 5/31/18 with new area rugs covering . Interior and exterior painting being done week of 6/16/2018. Also adding an outdoor full size canopied day bed outside for a good nap after a long day of wine tasting.
The Dollhouse is perfect for any occasion. The location couldn’t be better. The house was clean, well stocked, and the process was very smooth. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Perfect location but the home wasn’t quite as clean as we would have liked it to be.
Pam was an excellent host and the location of the property is outstanding. She even went as far as to surprise us with appetizers and a round of drinks at one of the restaurants she suggested. The house itself just needed a little tlc. Beds were fantastic however and we’d certainly consider staying there again. Thanks Pam!

Why they chose this property
Limited availability because of all the repeat guests. The house has tall ceilings which give the house of open, spacious and sunny atmosphere. Bedrooms on 2 levels affords nice privacy for couples sharing the house. House is located at the end of a dead end street so quiet (and safe for little ones). Location seems to be the most coveted aspect of this charming house - leave the car at home and walk to everything. Downtown Saint Helena - 2 blocks, acres of vineyards - 2 blocks. I bought this property because it was stumbling distance from Tra Vigne - my favorite restaurant ;)
