This unit was perfect. Looks just like the pictures and the view was amazing. This location was great, we walked everywhere to all the shops and restaurants. Very safe and nice area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed the beautiful bay/marina view from our balcony and loved the various restaurants, cafes and shops that were within walking distance. The Arya is a nice lodging option from which to enjoy all that Coconut Grove has to offer.

Great for a second honeymoon

We really like this location. The host was super helpful with all details. Make sure you plan a trip to the store for the basics, but overall the view was our favorite.

Wonderful studio in a bustling area..... parks, restaurants galore, cute neighborhood for walking. The hotel is glamorous and upscale. We loved the pool, the view, and the contemporary vibe of the whole place.

A slice of paradise!

Such a beautiful property, very safe, great for families. So many amenities within walking distance and a perfect kitchen to cook when littles are hungry! Every question was answered immediately and the owners were so friendly and helpful! A perfect vacation spot that feels like home!

Nice clean hotel. Always got a parking spot. Host was very responsive to our needs. Good kitchen so we could prepare meals for the two of us when we didn't go out for dinner.All in all worked out great for our 5 day stay.

Beautiful view and local to everything.

My only disappointment was Individuals smoking pot It was hard to keep the balcony over because the smell of pot was overwhelming. Spoke to the front desk on two separate times but it had no affect. Everything else was nice and comfortable.

Great Balcony Views

I loved the location, balcony and the views from this property! (So nice to hear some jazz across the street from Glass & Vine one night sitting out here with a glass of wine!) Access to the pool and free parking were also great. And bellhop can help with your luggage. Plus the Gym has great views. The bed was very comfortable. Host was so upbeat and responsive it started the stay on such a positive note! Kitchen was pretty basic and worked for breakfast but so many nice restaurants to explore for other meals. Big fridge for drinks etc. Limited cable stations.

Marie was an amazing host. She responded quickly to messages. The view was beautiful. The location was awesome. The was so much amazing food in the area. Plenty of things to do in walking distance. If we are ever in miami again we are definitely staying here.

Excellent view/location

First time to Miami and had no clue where to stay! I stumbled upon this VRBO and it was perfect. The room was clean, nice kitchen area and wonderful bathroom! The view was absolutely stunning. Louis and Marie reached out to make sure checkin went smoothly and if I had any questions. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends!

Perfect in so many ways!

The hosts are great - very communicative throughout the entire process. The balcony view is fantastic - it really is an expansive view of the area - whether it is clear or stormy. We were able to see both versions of the weather from the 19th floor and it was a treat. The studio is as described - there were no surprises! The bed is quite comfortable! We cooked every day, mixing eating out with eating in. There are shops and restaurants to walk to easily, and the neighborhood seems to know each other casually and say good morning and hello wherever you go. We used the studio as a center point for a week of activity and it proved to be the right choice for us. We will use this condo again if it fits our plans!

Can't wait to come back!

This room was everything! The view was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower curtain had some mold on it, which can be replaced. Other than that, we'd still stay here again. Definitely a memorable experience for my husband and I.
