This is the largest unit available in the beach house with direct access to the lower deck and incredible view of the beach. This unit provides two master bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Since Unit 1 is close to the deck you'll be finding yourself within a few steps onto the beautiful white sands of New Smyrna and a couple more into the cool waters. The beach house you'll be staying in is located within a good distance to local restaurants and shops for your convenience.

Comfortable stay in great location

The manager quickly responded to our questions, the unit was clean and plenty spacious enough for our party of 4, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. You can’t beat this beachfront location!

Beach relaxation

Being able to walk out on the deck and listen to the ocean, view the ocean was very relaxing. Mia were a nice short walk to Flagler Avenue for me, activities, entertainment.

This place is clean and comfortable! Great location.. TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Wifi works great! Huge deck and step down to the beach . Lots of beach chairs and sand toys. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks Louis!

No problems at all!

We rented Unit 3 and Unit 1 for our group of 8. It was perfect. More than enough room for everyone. The location was incredible and allowed people to go back and forth between the beach and house with no problems at all.

right on the beach

Just as pictured. Small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. You can't beat the location literally open the door and your on the beach. Since this is a muti unit house it is a bit strange when people are above you and come down to the lower deck as they can see right in the house. But that was a small nuisance and we had a lovely time overall.

Clean, Quiet, Peaceful Home right on the Beach!

We had the best time staying at New Smryna Beach house! It was exactly as pictured and a fabulous location. Perfect for our little family with kids running in and out to the sand. It was clean and very well stocked with a generous amount of linens and plenty of kitchen supplies. We loved having two master suites each with a bathroom. Although there are several units, it was never crowded or loud. The only negatives I can think of is that one shower is very small and the laundry on site is in a tight space and slightly hard to access, but I was thankful it was there and free! In a tight space is better than no laundry at all. Communication was wonderful, quick, informative and SOO helpful. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

Very cute and relaxing. All the amenities that you will need. Everyone was very friendly.

Very easy to book and easy to communicate. Right next to a drive on beach location, so lots of traffic and people. Remember to lock doors even if you are inside. Had a person just opened the door and stick there head in. Otherwise great rental and very friendly neighbors. Will definitely rent again. Had a great time.

Amazing Stay!

This is the best place to stay in NSB! When we arrived the staff was super friendly and helpful, the Unit was very clean and had everything you needed. The outside deck is super accommodating with plenty of table and chairs, a couple table and chair's, large umbrella's for shade, a fire table with lounge furniture, and a huge(clean) gas grill with plenty of propane gas. Plenty of beach toy's for children. the kitchen had Sharpe knives, gas stove, and a large refrigerator. The bed's in both bedroom's were very comfortable. and plenty of pillows. Both bedroom's have TV's and futon's. Can't wait for our next stay.

Girl Trip

Six old gals, well except my daughter who’s 31, do a beach trip every year. Was our first time in New Smyrna. The condo is exactly as pictured on line. Actually better in person, which doesn’t happen often. Location was amazing! We enjoyed every minute!

We had an amazing time at the Beach House. Being literally on the beach it doesn’t get any more convenient for family time and access to your living space. We plan to rent here again.

Very nice apartment with an awesome location!

This was our second time staying here. It is a great place - very roomy and has all the required amenities necessary. It has a direct view of the ocean and a very large deck with tables, chairs, etc. The location is just a short walk on the beach to Flagler avenue which has shops, restaurants etc.

This was a great rental!

The primary reason for choosing this rental was the close proximity to my grandfathers condo, but we were really happy with the unit. It was clean and had plenty of space for 3 people. The outside grill, sitting area and fire put were a really nice feature we appreciated. You cannot beat the view and access of the ocean!

We mainly live in Orlando although we are out to the beach almost every week. We have the phone on 24/7 and respond quickly to any question, need, or problem.

Why they chose this property

The old saying goes - Location, Location, Location – which is our greatest appeal. We are just far enough away from all the “action” that things remain sedate and tranquil despite how busy our beach can be but also close enough for just a short walk to the street festivals, good food and other entertainment options. Plus, the area is very safe and more residential in nature than most beach vicinity.

What makes this property unique

Old Florida beach atmosphere and a great location. We offer short term rentals most months with longer stays required Feb and March.
