No security in bathtub or shower. We had to buy a pad to keep from slipping in shower.No drinking glasses.No key box for checkout. Not even yhe permanent residents could find it.Very poor communicatio with management. Personnel at office couldnt help us.Insufficient toilet items. We had to buy our own.Washer dryer takes 6 hours to wash clothes. Dryer leaves all clothes wet. Must use 2 cycles to dryNeed more blankets in room. Room gets very cold.
