This was perfect for myself and my small dog. It would have comfortably accommodated many more. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus during the frigid cold and snowy weather. The house was warm, clean and very welcoming. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

Location, location, location! It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. 18 minutes to the airport or downtown. Close to all the best shopping and restaurants in the area. Less than five minutes to the mall. This house has all the necessities need for a comfortable stay. Three bedrooms with large closets, three and a half bathrooms, with off street parking in a private garage! The hosts Mike and Patrick were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and welcomed our cat to stay with us! It is a great property that I would rent again in the future.

Perfect location, all the comforts of home

This is just a great 3-bedroom home that’s comfortable, well-furnished and equipped and the exact kind of place that makes travel easy. The hosts are fantastic, communicate just the right amount and make it so easy too. The location was ideal for us, and the neighborhood is quiet and very family-oriented. I could not be happier with our stay and hope to stay there in the future!

Everything was amazing from the communication and chick in to the property and neighborhood itself this property was actually even better in person we had a great time the back deck is a great feature very relaxing and fun to sit out on everyone was comfortable and it was very clean!

Kitchen was not equipped, had to call to get additional plates, only had 4. No dish clothes or towels. Limited utensils and glasses. Says it’s a house for 8 but table only seats 4. No wash clothes and only 6 towels total for 8 guests. I e do a family VRBO each Christmas season and all have been wonderful. Would not recommend unless they make significant changes.

Perfect House / Hosts!

The house is exactly as shown and described online, and the location is everything! Mike and Patrick were fantastic hosts, very communicative and caring about the quality of our stay and overall satisfaction. They left frosted sugar cookies upon arrival, for Pete’s sake…! They allowed us to extend last minute, and were just so accommodating throughout our stay. I wish they owned all the rentals in and around Columbus!

Inaccurate description

Front screen door was broken; back porch furniture was not clean; lawn was overgrown so kids had trouble playing outside; half full beer can was on front steps. Description says there is an expansive back yard with games but the yard is far from expansive and there was no equipment. The living room was comfortable though and the kitchen was great for making breakfast and lunch for our group.

The home was generally suitable for our short stay and served its basic purpose. However, there were several issues that impacted the overall experience.We specifically chose this property because the listing photos showed a fan in the bedroom, which was important to us after a long day of travel for a work event. Unfortunately, the fan didn’t work, and we had to purchase our own, which was frustrating and inconvenient.The house was mostly clean, but there was some trash behind the couch upon arrival, and there was a strong odor of dog, partially masked by heavy air freshener. As someone with asthma, I found this challenging, so I would caution guests with respiratory sensitivities.The living area itself was nicely furnished and comfortable, but unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it much. Despite a strong internet connection, none of the streaming apps would load. I’m fairly tech-savvy and tried for over an hour, but the TV just wouldn’t work properly. I did manage to log into Apple TV, but the shows wouldn’t load or play.I had hoped to relax outside, but the patio furniture was mostly broken and not really usable, which was disappointing.Overall, since we were only staying overnight, these issues didn’t significantly affect our plans. However, I would not recommend this property for a longer stay unless some of these items are addressed.Ps. I included a photo of what the tv the entire time.
