Pool & Hot Tub in the heart of KC! Tons of stylish space inside and out!

Perfect for large groups, this stylish home is minutes from downtown, KC hot spots, and has quick access to 3 major highways! It's located on a private street and backs to a quiet corner of the county's oldest park where you can find lakes, walking trails, playgrounds, sport courts, and more. The house features a large pool, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table, and a plethora of games.
Perfect setup to stay with friends and family and filled with extras!

This home is perfect for staying with friends and family. Of all of the 5 bedrooms, not one bedroom shares a wall with another bedroom providing a more private experience. All bedrooms include a smart TV, fan, luggage rack(s) and chargers by each bed. There is also a dresser and closet in each room and extra linens. All bathrooms have soaps, towels, and a hair dryer.

You'll find a fully stocked kitchen complete with food processor, blender, crock pot, mixers, coffee pots, and more! The hall closet has many additional baby/toddler items like a rocker, sound machine, pack and play, high chair, and folding baby mattress.

The pool/hot tub area has loads of floaties, toys, loungers, bluetooth speaker, and more. The pool is heated at no extra charge. The natural gas firepit is easy to light and has roasting skewers if you're in the mood for smores! There is also a patio heater to make chilly evenings more enjoyable. You'll also find an indoor/outdoor ping-pong table. Additional folding tables and chairs are also available at no extra charge.

Inside, there are puzzles, games, books, records, and cassette tapes for nostalgic fun and entertainment.

The Heated Pool is open mid-April to mid-October.
Hot tub is open year round.
For safety, we have 3 actively recording cameras located at the front doorbell, on the front drive, and overlooking the pool. They all record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

We are local and take great pride in providing a high level experience. Don't hesitate to message with any questions before or during your stay!

Wonderful Place!

This was the perfect place for our large crew! The home was beautiful and had plenty of room! The host took extra care to make sure everything was perfect for our stay! The amenities provided fun for everyone, and the location was great! We enjoyed morning walks in the park, afternoons in the pool, and evenings by the fire! Highly recommend!

One of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in. This place has it all! Quiet but central location. Backyard and pool are awesome. Also, things like a stroller, pack and play and pool toys are available. My family of all ages filled this house up and had the best time. Check it out!

Great VRBO in Kansas

This house is large, well designed and was amazing to stay in! Our needs were thoroughly thought through from the moment we walked in. Hot tub is an awesome addition especially for the cold months. It slept 12 comfortably and 25 people can fit in the home for hanging out. Surprisingly, we had plenty of seating for everyone because there are extra folding tables/chairs. Nice touch! The host left wine, coffee and snacks for our group. If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further. Cassy is a great host!!
