We loved the number of rooms and beds; it fit our group so well. It was a super cute neighborhood and had everything we needed. We did have some trouble with getting the tv in the living area to work, but Lance was quick with messages to help us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We had a great time! The house was the perfect size for our large group. The layout of the house had several areas for our group to sit- whether in the kitchen area or on the large couch on the second level or out by the pool. The pool was great! The master bedroom was very large as well as the en suite bathroom. Lance was very responsive. Would stay again!

This will probably show as an 8/10 but it’s more like 9/10. Only reason to not give a full 5 stars are all the things that need replacing. These things (ie: tea kettle, missing iron, fountain, patio chairs) are in the process of being taken care of just not during our stay. We also had issues with some of the tv remotes not working but we figured it out to watch a movie. The kitchen was well equipped, the living space cozy, and we loved our location. Communication with Lance was excellent.

Great for the whole Family or friend group

Location was easy to get to, next to stores, close to places to eat. If you are staying in Door Dash delivered fast. There is plenty of room for all! The enclosed sun room was a bonus as well!

Lovely home!

This home accommodated part of our large extended family when they came from out of state to visit us! The kids (big and small) practically lived in the pool and the sun room was nice for the adults to get out of the sun and heat while watching over the kids. Close to everything we wanted to do in KC! Great place!

Great stay near Kansas City!

Arrived in Kansas City area for four nights for business. The house was in a very nice neighborhood close to all kinds of shopping and food. Everything about the house was exactly as listed. Very clean, very full of amenities as far as towels for the bathroom dishes, soaps for the shower, etc. Communication was excellent and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area if it’s available!

Lots of space in bedrooms . Had ants in the kitchen . Floors were filthy. Trash on beams in the kitchen. They made the living room the dining room so there is no seating in main living room . It needs a really good cleaning . Stairs r very hard to climb on outside not. Very small living room area downstairs . Kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff

We rented this house on a World Cup weekend so the price was very high, consistent with the whole KC area. For the very high price, the house carpet and furniture was not as clean as we hoped from clear wear and tear. Also, the house is in a little disrepair (cabinets, back deck and back screen doors, etc.) Minor move in issues included towels for the whole house were still in the dryer and not in the bathrooms and no kleenex in the house that we could find. Mowers showed up at 8:30 am on Sunday morning after a late night at the World Cup game (ouch!). The check in and check out processes were well communicated and the house manager was in regular communication during the weekend which was appreciated. The pool was very nice and clean for a hot weekend (but the pool fountains were not functional during our stay). None of the issues noted kept us from having a good weekend at the home and I would rent the place again assuming the price was right for what you are getting with the home.

Perfect Location and House

The house was perfect for our week stay, we had more than enough room for everyone with everything we could need. The kids were able to have their own space to relax and the adults had space to work during the day. The pool looked perfect but only our youngest braved the water in October! Check in was super easy and flexible when we were delayed with kids sports and Lance was quick to respond to answer questions and checked in to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect for us with everything you could need just around the corner.

Great choice

Backyard is great. Pool gets sun until late evening. Many pool toys and flotation devices to enjoy. Cabana and deck good for grilling, lounging, watching TV or playing cards at deck table. Inside the bedrooms have comfortable beds. The TV room on lower level super comfortable and TV huge! Only issue was the person who cleans the house was at house 30 minutes into our check in time and the table on dining room had not crumbs n it and floor in sitting area adjacent to kitchen appeared to not be cleaned/vacuumed. Would stay here again, especially in Summer!

Erin again we are so sorry. The previous guest left the place a complete mess and the cleaner need to take extra time to get it back up to our normal high standard before your check in. We have had the place deep cleaned since your check out so that it is good shape for future guests.
