Please do not take anything away from the property. Notify management if anything is broken, we check before and after bookings, we will find it and charge fees.

Use appliances as the intended use. If you rearrange furniture arrange back before you check out. Smoke in the backyard only, no exceptions. Treat the property as you would your home or better.

The max occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Parties are strictly prohibited, and guests are to refrain from entering the premises with muddy footwear.
