It was the cutest little place! We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time relaxing around the fire pit. It was perfect for a relaxing girls weekend! I highly recommend this adorable little place!
Tara was an excellent host. She responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. The tiny home was very clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!
The house was located in a great small wooded neighborhood area with about 6 other small houses. It was away from town but not far enough away to be an inconvenience. We really enjoyed our stay and would see deer walking behind it in the morning.
We loved everything about this property! Very quiet community, close to park, nearby towns and hiking trails. The house was exceptionally clean and neat! Tara was a great communicator and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
We stayed three nights for our sons wedding. Nice location but a little tight for trying to get ready for a wedding. Will try again for just a weekend get away.
Nice cozy house and pleasantly furnished. Neighborhood is still with construction, but will be much nicer once done. Not a knock on the owner, they were clear on this.
We loved staying at this tiny home located inside The Retreat in Tracy City. It was well-located, clean, and the perfect size for the 3 of us. It’s a short drive to Sewanee (note, it’s not at Cliff Tops as stated online…an IT issue the owners are attempting to correct). Super close to great hiking trails like Fiery Gizzard and Deer Lick Falls. It was well-furnished and supplied. We loved the loft and porch!
This brand new tiny home is exactly as pictured. It is well appointed with kitchen needs, towels and even a washer and dryer. The beds and bedding were wonderful. The outdoor dining and fire pit would have been amazing if it weren’t raining during our quick stay and sad we couldn’t enjoy it, but a definite plus. Beautiful views into the woods. The owner has wonderful communication, is kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our quick two nights there.

My son is looking to attend a university in the area and we were down for a visit. Came across this Tiny House dueing my search on Expedia and we took a chance. The house was awesome, clean and very unique with all of the amenities of a full size house (wifi, tv, kitchen, washer/dryer). There was some confusion with the gps directions, but the owner was great about communicating the problem with google maps and we got there with no major issue. I look foward to staying here agin in the future when my son attends school nearby. Really worth the stay.
