Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this property is a great place to call home just steps from Plaza Serrano, sidewalk cafes, boutiques and restaurants. Our home is ground floor and set back off of the tree lined street. This is a quiet and safe home in the bustling Soho village of Palermo.

This place is incredible - I don’t want to leave! Perfectly located in a very walkable neighborhood, great part of Buenos Aires, and everything you need/want is mere steps away. Ed and his team are wonderful and welcoming people, and as a pure bonus - the property is something straight out of Architectural Digest. So easy to be here, and have the experience of being part of the city, with readymade friends.

NEIGHBORHOOD: PALERMO SOHO: It is home to quiet, tree-lined cobblestone streets where new businesses continue to spring up within old Spanish-style houses and converted warehouses.

This area resonates with innovation; it is young, fresh, and international. It is the place to sip a *cortado* while sitting on the terrace of a chic café; to browse market stalls and independent boutiques in search of the latest fashions; to seek out the newest, most discreet bar; to catch up on work or emails in a coworking space; or simply to stroll the streets and mingle with the trendy crowd.

The name of the area is unofficial and stems from a perceived resemblance to New York City's Soho neighborhood.
