Amazing experience - the place exceeded expectations. The most minor of critiques and it’s not even important - a couple lamps in the living room would be nice for nighttime. Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen is fully equipped with premium local coffee and tea selections, and the bathrooms feature artisanal botanical soaps. The premises are maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout. The hot tub was exceptional and well-sanitized, while the beds and high-quality pillows ensured a comfortable stay. The property's location offers excellent accessibility to local beaches, trails, and the downtown area.

Our stay here at Calmwater was fantastic! Accomodations were excellent and location was perfect. Hot tub was ideal after hiking and spending the day at the beach. Loved all the local items in the VRBO like coffee, tea, and soaps. The brochure the owner sent out before we arrived was incredibly helpful with all of the local recommendations and household information. Everything was very well maintained and very comforable for 4 adults. Would definitley recommend!

This was a dream rental house! The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub towels were provided, as were locally made shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house and property grounds were superbly well maintained, the hot tub was clean and the entire stay was hiccup free. Highly recommend staying here, and catching a sunset at the beach across the street (5 min walk)!

A great accommodation! A very nice layout with the bedrooms downstairs that makes it cooler for sleeping. The king size bedd were comfy and the blackout blinds were functional as well. Kitchen was well equipped and an induction stove is the best. A Nespresso machine would be a nice, added feature but lots of coffee shops nearby. Location is great and quiet.
