All necessary vacation amenities provided - linens, bath and pool towels, kitchen necessities, appliances, etc. With 2 floors of living space (3 bedrooms on middle level and master suite on top level), this home is perfect for families or bigger groups looking for room to soak in the perfect vacation. Enjoy breathtaking views from 1,370 sq ft of balcony space. A 30-foot dock with cleats allows for up to a 25' boat (canal is narrow! and bay access is shallow!). Plenty of parking is available for boat trailers as well. Kayaks and paddleboards, are provided for added fun! Perfect for those seeking a serene Florida Keys lifestyle with all the comforts of home.

Angie was great to work with. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are nice. House is lovely and spacious. The outdoor decks are terrific for breakfast and napping. Easy access to Key West and key activities.

Good communication from host. Property was excellent and as described or better. Such a great home for a long stay in the Keys. Canal access - kayaks were great. Multiple outdoor decks and the heated pool was private and plenty warm. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We enjoyed our stay 3/13-3/21. The home was beautiful and had everything you could need! Lots of cooking utensils, towels, etc. We especially enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The only downfall I could say is the almost complete shallow water access in the immediate and surrounding areas. This made things a bit more complicated to get to our familiar areas of the water. The canal water was pretty stagnant where the home is located so the kids were unable to fish/catch anything rite at the house. Aside from those things, the location of the home is perfect. We love the lower keys and close to restaurants we love. Angie was very easy to get in touch with and check-in/out was super easy.

Why they chose this property

Cudjoe Key is a very relaxed island full of locals who are more year-round owners. The location is fantastic being only 20 minutes from Key West! For boating, the island is easy to get to from both the Gulf Side and Atlantic.

What makes this property unique

The size of this house in the Keys is unique. 2 living spaces, 4 bedrooms and 4 bath make it ideal for larger families or groups of couples looking for a little room to spread out on their vacation. A pool is a must for us to cool off in the hot Florida sun; and the canal is great for those with a bay boat who want to spend some time fishing. This place has it all!
