Located on the quiet sound side and yet just blocks from the ocean. Come swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub! Great cottage for families. Fenced yard with swing set beautiful fish pond with waterfall something for the whole family to enjoy. Pool table and large screen TV’s with DVD for game or movie nights. Close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Public play ground and public boat ramp 3 blocks away. A few blocks from the beach and close to public access and free parking. Close to Avalon fishing pier. Freezer in garage to store extra food or fish! Gas grill with bottle filled, picnic table for fun family cook outs. Kitchen table expands for large family and seats 8. Most anything you want or need is awaiting you at 'Just Enuff'.


Cottage includes 2 family rooms located upstairs and downstairs. Both with DVD’s and large screen TV’s. Bunk bed room with TV with DVD player. All towels and linens included. Guest expected to light clean prior to checking out. New washing machine and dryer available. Picnic table and gas grill with tank filled to enhance your experience outside shower for your convenience. Sidewalks around cottage to pool and fish pond. Central air conditioning. Kitchen with all appliances mixer, toaster oven, can opener, over stove microwave, blender, coffee maker. Fridge with ice maker and water on door. Extra freezer down stairs. Fish cleaning table.

Donna is amazing and the house was absolutely perfect and well stocked. All of our needs were met and the property was located at a perfect spot to go anywhere quickly. We were able to cook, swim, ride bikes, and relax! Highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect named very appropriately. Compared to other houses we've stayed at this house exceeds our expectations. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was over all. Having plenty of spices, dishes, towels, papers products, linens, bedding, games, movies, etc just a perfect variety. Also the host Donna went above and beyond with all her help. She's also very responsive almost immediately which was very helpful for us. Would definitely recommend her home and will stay again.

First time in OBX and my family and I definitely picked the best house. "Just enuff" was more than enough. The host, Donna was available at anytime to answer any questions. The house was spotless upon arrival and had everything you could think of..A fully equipped kitchen with spices, pots, pans, appliances, even condiments in the fridge. There were enough towels for a family of 20. Beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, etc. & the game room was great as well. The backyard was huge and pool &hot tub were an awesome bonus to the beach.House was perfectly located. The walk to the beach was short if you didn't want to drive. We plan on coming back to OBX and won't even look for a different property as you could not get better than this. Thank you again Donna.

There was not a single thing we didn't love about this beach rental. The house comes stocked with everything you could possibly need from the kitchen, to the game rooms, to the towels for bathing. There were body boards, beach chairs, sand toys, even a garage full of different bicycles. The driveway could fit 6 cars easily! My family is so used to staying in homes that are completely empty that this was a wonderful change. We could cook meals and not have to run out to buy serving spoons, or measuring cups. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, and tons of dishes/cups/silverware. Even my mom and dad who came to stay with us for a few days couldn't believe how nice it was to have all of the things you would find at home. The pool was perfectly clean, the hot tub was fantastic, and the koi pond created a nice ambience to the entire back yard. There were two grills, an outdoor shower, and plenty of places for people to sleep. Where this wasn't super close to the beach (12-15 minute walk across Croatan Hwy), it more than made up for the distance by the amenities provided. If you have bad luck with weather at the beach, this home is perfect for a family with children/young adults/and dogs. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups! All around this is/was a wonderful home to rent. Thank you to our gracious hosts!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying in this home. The hot tub and pool were well maintained and clean. The bunk bed room was a hit for the children! We never ran out of towels, there was an abundance. There were countless hours spent playing pool, foosball & air hockey. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful area

This house was amazing! Location was perfect & house itself was better than expected! Pool/hotub were both clean and a great hang out spot. Only a couple minutes to beach access and sound side access. Lots of space in the rooms and everything was perfect! Owners were amazing and communicated so well the whole stay.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for fun when not at the beach! Great pool, nice hot tub & there is a pool table, air hockey & foos ball tables; plenty of things to do - we did not turn on the TV once! Communication with the managers was awesome…always very quick to respond! This really could not have been any better!!! If ever going back to OBX - would definitely rent again without hesitation!

We have someone who cleans our home on a regular basis for 2 years. If the floor was dirty you should have told me when I personally spoke to you on the phone the day you arrived that way I could have taken care of a problem that we had no idea existed.

Great for a Family Vacation

The house was as advertised & the most well-stocked house we have ever stayed at. There was plenty of bath towels, beach towels, condiments, toys, etc. It was conveniently located near a large beach access, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Donna responded promptly to any concerns that we had. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool & swingset. I highly recommend it.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The house was very clean and extremely well-equipped with everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub were used every day. Great location - convenient short drive to the ocean and easy walking to the sound and walkways. The only inconveniences were having to put sheets on the beds when we arrived after a long drive, and having to wash, dry, and put away towels before we left. However, with all of the options that this house afforded, we would highly recommend it to others.
