Adorei esta casa tudo em ordem, camas excelente, banheiros limpinhos, me senti ma minha propria casa, adorei as organizações com a cozinha, facilitou bastante para mim, a piscina foi espetacular meus filhos adoraram, e a cozinha de fora com a churrasqueira fiquei encantada pois facilitou bastante para nossas refeições, muito perto da praia, e praia se aguas calmas, ideal para criancas, A segurança do local e nota 10, valeu cada centavos, e nos aguarde, que assim que pudermos iremos novamente!Dona Iris foi pontual em todos os momentos, agradeço de coração. Ha quase dois anos penso em escrever uma avaliacao, mas so agora consegui! A casa teve aquele gostinho de casa de praia da familia mesmo, limpinha, confortavel, aconchegante, com tudo que voce precisa, pertinho da praia. Minha unica reclamacao foi ter que levar roupa de cama, mesa e banho. Dona Iris eh exigente, mas consegue ser simpatica ao mesmo tempo; procurou acomodar todas as nossas necessidades, as vezes com um pouquinho de dificuldade, mas com bom resultados. Voltaremos la um dia.

Casa e local excelentes!

Casa excelente, térrea e toda plana inclusive o acesso à praia, pois temos idosos e crianças e nos divertimos muito nas águas tranquila da praia que é maravilhosa. A área gourmet na varanda da piscina foi um prazer à parte e aliás, foi uma das coisas que mais nos atraiu nas fotos, de fato é bem melhor que nas fotos. Cada canto da casa é um aconchego... o canto onde tem rede... a varanda da frente... uma delícia! É como estar no paraíso. Muito obrigada d. Iris! Voltaremos com certeza.

Dias maravilhosos

Passamos dias maravilhosos nessa casa. A descrição do imóvel é muito fiel a realidade, na verdade a casa está melhor do que nas fotos. Tudo estava extremamente limpo e bem cuidado. A piscina é ótima e a Praia é muito perto. Ficamos hospedados em família com 4 crianças e todos puderam desfrutar de dias perfeitos. Agradecemos aos proprietários por nos deixarem a vontade, como se estivéssemos em casa.

Ótima Casa! Aconchegante e bem cuidada

Uma casa maravilhosa com ótima localização e uma praia deslumbrante. Passei com a minha família o Natal e Ano Novo e as instalações sao perfeitas e em ótimo estado funcionando 100%. Achei a casa igual ou melhor que o anuncio com uma boa piscina e churrasqueira, os utensílios de cozinhas são completos. Espero poder retornar mais vezes pois tive grandes momentos inesquecíveis com a minha família.

Conforto e segurança

Foi maravilhosa nossa estadia nesta casa, onde ficamos hospedados na semana do Natal , a casa é muito aconchegante, sem contar a beleza do lugar, próxima da praia, o q nos favoreceu muito, pois temos crianças e pais idosos.A limpeza e a conservação do imóvel também contribuiu muito p o nosso conforto. Outra tranquilidade é o fato de ser dentro do condomínio, o q nos proporcionou muita segurança. Recebemos ótimas dicas da proprietaria D.Iris sobre passeios em Ubatuba. ótimo imóvel, super confortável, tem tudo o que se precisa, bem próximo das praias muito lindas, limpas, perfeitas para família, nossa família adorou, a Sra Iris nos recebeu no horário combinado e nos deu todos os detalhes para termos 4 dias de super conforto, brincadeiras e alegrias, fiquei muito contente com tudo, recomendo a todos vale a pena mesmo.
