The home was spacious and had great amenities. The pool was excellent and the walkability in the gated community was nice. The community did have trash even in the pond. The home was clean.

Everything was great. If the pool breaker is off then the a/c doesn’t work. I knew this from a previous stay. I messaged just for QR code for gate and never got an answer but was no big deal. Gate staff was great.

The ac was not working when we arrived , they did fix this an entire day after we arrived. We did text the number provided with no reply. This condo was not clean and desperately needs a repaint and some work done. Very little response from the host. I had stayed at storey lake before and loved it, this was extremely disappointing.

Close to attractions

My family of seven stayed here for a week. It was nice to have a pool in the back, and it was about 15-20 minutes from Disney.

Good condo in safe neighborhood

This condo is a nice size for a larger group. It definitely could use some updates but overall, we were happy with our stay there.

Fun stay

This place was great! It was very clean and spacious. We loved having a private place to swim in the back. The waterpark was also fun for our kids. We appreciated the extra accommodations of being able to add one night to our stay when our travel plans changed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great 10 Days…DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE!

Location was excellent and that was about all. The kitchen needs completely new pans, cooking utensils, and there was no cooking sheets. The entire place could be repainted and dusted as the fans were disgusting. When I asked for the pool to be heated it was heated so high it felt like a hot tub and needed turned off as you could not swim. One of the twin bedrooms bedspreads was all bleached and dirty. The pool was also filthy even though they assured me they cleaned it during our stay. I would not stay here again in this unit.

Beautiful home & 24/7 team is real! 5 stars!

The home was beautiful, wifi really good and pool heating was great for the cold weather. The best and surprising part was that their team really is 24/7! We’ve been traveling to Orlando for the past 4 years and no other team assisted us the way they did, it was awesome! Will definitely be back!

Would recommend!

Great place to stay. There are no "extras" in terms of dish and laundry soap or and no pantry item staples (salt/pepper, coffee filter, etc.) like we've seen in other VRBO places, but there is a Publix very close to get what you need. The water at clubhouse was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old as well as the smal private pool. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

A great stay

The location was clean, crisp, and quiet. There was a resort attached to the listing and it made our stay worth it. Any questions were answered promptly and kindly by Giselle. We love her and the people at the clubhouse resort! Let's not forget there are cart drivers that take you to the clubhouse too! Although the pool is smaller than we're used to, the kids didn't care. There are memories here and we look forward to going again!

Good Stay

Overall was a nice place and in good condition. Only negative was lack of linens. Only bath towels and no wash cloths. No kitchen linens either. Was good location for the theme parks. Very nice community pool.
