This condo is 100 steps to Lido Beach and only a few blocks to world famous St. Armands Circle where you can go shopping or dine at one of the many restaurants. Enjoy the white sand and turquoise water of the beach and in the evenings unwind with the gulf breeze flowing through one of the two unit's lanais. Whichever your style, this is paradise found. Guests must pass a background check performed by the condo homeowners association. Leases run from the 1st day of a month to the last day of a month.

The stay was wonderful, with the feel of home for my 2 months here in Sarasota. It was such a convenient location, with everything close by. The condo was well supplied and comfortable, we'll certainly plan to stay again in the future!

Great Time

This is the second time we stayed here. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent; a block from the beach and a short walk to St Armands Circle.

Lovely Condo

We had a lovely time in Sarasota. We loved the location and used the beach and pool everyday. The owner was wonderful and helped us with our questions. We enjoyed the people in the building. We will be back!

Great Condo

The location was perfect, 1 block to the beach and a short walk to St Armands Circle. The property was very clean when we arrived. Had all that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The building was well maintained and everyone we met were so friendly. WiFi was hi-speed, the pool was great and the lanai was great to sit in. We already booked for next year.

Nice location, close to Lido beach and activities. The building is clean and well maintained. The condo itself is lacking « love ». Ustensiles and crockery are minimal and some equipment should be replaced.

Lido Shores Condo

The property was located very close to Lido beach which was very nice. The pool and amenities were clean and in great working condition. The peekaboo view of the beach did not exist. The windows in the master bedroom rattled with slight breezes and should be fixed.

EVERYTHING WAS SPLENDID, THE CONDO WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE AND VERY CLEAN. THE BEACH WAS JUST ACROSS THE ROAD, VERY WALKING DISTANT. ARMAND CIRCLE WAS JUST HOW IT WAS EXPLAINED TO US, WE WALK THERE ALMOST EVERY NIGHT. GREAT RESTURANTS, AND PEOPLE. COLLECTED MANY SHELLS ON THE BEACH

Disappointing Unit

This property needs much attention. On arrival the screen door handle was broken and difficult to close. Manager said the door needs to be replaced. Screens and frame of lanai were in need of cleaning and paint. Paint was peeling off of screen frames. Windows are so old, they do not open. Owner did not leave any decent cleaning tools. The broom was so old the bristles were on there side, the floor mop sponge was disintegrated. Cob webs on windows. It appears that no one watches over this property. Other than being in an excellent location, it was not worth the cost of this monthly rental. Hoping you will take this into consideration before having another disappointed customer.

Loved the location , across from beach and short walk to St Armands, great shops and restaurants

Condo was great, we loved it and hope to come back in future. I would say bring your own beach chairs if you are particular. Don’t really need a car as everything is in walking distance except groceries, which are an Uber ride away. Also there is laundry on each floor but you will need quarters and carts are available on 2nd floor for unloading. Fly into Sarasota/Bradenton airport as Tampa traffic is rough and could be 2 hrs each way. Great trip and was sad to leave

We have stayed in this condo before. Location is perfect. We were surprised no Covid restrictions were posted in the lobby or elevator. One small bottle of hand sanitizer was only thing we saw. Other guests did wear masks when in common areas. We avoided the elevators and used stairs. As also workmen were in the building unmasked. Cindi was not as clean as we liked. We cleaned when we arrived w supplies we brought

All of us love the close proximity to Lido Beach and also to all the restaurants and shops in St. Armands Circle. The Columbia is our favorite!

What makes this property unique

No need to pack up the car and drive through traffic to get to the beach. The condo is about a 2-3 minute walk from the beach.
