We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 5-star condo in Maui! The newly renovated space was gorgeous, well-appointed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was awesome, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The condo was conveniently located with easy access to everything, making it the perfect home base for exploring Maui. We would highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!

Proximity to ocean was amazing..great place to start a morning walk to Wailea Beach walk..well stalked condominium…amazing sound system..Comfortable bed and beautiful artwork..will definitely plan another visit here..

Great Condo

Excellent location to beach, restaurants.Well kept and air conditioning was a plus!Some road noise, condo sits to back of property close to high traffic area.Would stay here again.

Lawrence is a very attentive host. He wants to make your stay as wonderful as it can be. His condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need including all beach items! The photographs he has taken, displayed as art in his condo, are beautiful. We love “The Palms at Wailea”. This is our third time staying in this condominium complex (we have stayed twice before in other condos). The common areas are extremely well taken care of, the condos are very large, the pool is great, and the complex sits in a great location close to Wailea and the beaches.The VRBO map showing this condo’s location in the complex is not accurate. This needs to be corrected so the renter can see where the condo actually sits on the property.

It's true the pump went out on the AC and I offered to fix it while they were there but they said they were fine without it. It was repaired the day they left. You never know when the pump on the AC is gonna go out it's common that it happens when guests leave the sliding glass door open and run the AC at the same time so if you stay with me, please don't do that. We have stayed in Wailea many times and the Palms location is great. The unit was comfortable and updated. The artwork throughout was great, really nice photography.

Great accommodations for a couple

Lawrence was a great host with great communication. His suggestions were great and would recommend his place to any other couples looking to enjoy Maui and Wailea. The kitchen had surprisingly anything you’d need and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Palms at Wailea July '23 trip
