Beautiful home on the bluff overlooking river and mountain views with hot tub!
Indulge in a luxurious mountain retreat, just minutes away from all of Canon City's attractions. This home offers lots of scenic outdoor space as it's nestled on the edge of a bluff overlooking the 11-mile river walk. You can enjoy these views with the outdoor living spaces, complete with fire pits, heaters, outdoor dining, water feature, and a hot tub, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Arkansas River and surrounding mountains. Plenty of space to relax inside this modern home as well. Inside the home you will find a kitchen and dining area with lots of space for dinners and game nights. The first bedroom is close to a full bathroom and has two queen beds. The Livingroom offers plenty of comfortable seating and a new TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. The master bedroom has a private full bath and a comfortable king size bed with a large tv. The outdoors has a screened in porch and outdoor deck. You will find two additional bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and kitchen downstairs. This is perfect for all seasons of Colorado. Enjoy the gas firepit with the included smores kit or winddown in the hot tub with amazing views.
