Fishers Landing Water View W/Dock

We are offering our 2nd home as a vacation rental for others to enjoy!
Located in the heart of Fishers Landing you will find our river cabin located on the water right across from the launch ramp. The fun doesn't have to end when you leave the sand bar, the dock party is just as much if not more for the whole family.
We are offering our 1450 sq ft, river cabin for rent with a dock that holds 2 boats and could be a 3rd on the end or a jet ski.
House details:
2br 1 1/2 ba (1/2 bath out by garage)
Master – Cali King bed
2nd bedroom – Queen bed
Extra area next to master has a queen bed and privacy curtain.
3 Futons – lay out into double beds.
Occupancy: 10 people
Rental is for the house only does not include garages, workshop or toys.
I do provide a full kitchen, and bed linens and bath towels.
Barbecue is located on deck.

This place was perfect because it's right on the water and walking distance to the marina, store, and bar. The dock was perfect with power hookups for the boat and a great place to launch a kayak and buzz around Fishers. My entire family was very comfortable and the owner was available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!!!

So much room!

We had a great time at this house! Having our own dock was amazing and made things so much easier. The house has a ton or room. The deck facing the water was great for hanging out. Lots of parking for our 4 trucks and trailers. We will be back to this location for sure!

Great place for a few days fishing with friends. The hosts were super responsive and flexible. Got a nice surprise and was able to check in well before the established time. The place is in need of some maintenance and updating but that was expected. The AC worked great and they had everything we needed and more in the haouse. Parking is very spacious and accommodates multiple vehicles. Would stay again for sure

The Riverside Life

This vintage riverfront property is a little gem. There is plenty of room and beds to accommodate six adults comfortably. The direct river access and private dock are superbly convenient. Even in winter months, a stay at this property yields beautiful views, outdoor activities, and unbelievable star gazing. The single bathroom was a test of friendships first thing in the morning, but otherwise it was easily workable with 6 guests. It is a blessing that the owners offer this property as a VRBO.

It’s a river trailer with a few add ons. Was a little older than pictures showed. Plenty of room for bigger family. Ac worked great and had a hot shower. If your just looking for a place to lay your head at night and stay cool then this is fine. Would rent again

Awesome location.

Great location with a view across from fishers landing. Has it's own dock we were able to secure 2 jet skis to. We didn't use it but the third bedroom is open without its own door and the master bedroom window looks into that room. The ceiling height in the entry is low. Older house with charm and is whimsical. Has a grill and plenty of cooking supplies. Really enjoyed this place and want to return. Great host with good communication.
