Welcome to this brand new Modern Villa. This Spacious house comes with a variety of modern amenities to make your vacation unforgettable!

Outside features BBQ area with outdoor seating, fire pit, ping pong, volleyball court, private pool AND spa, and finally sauna/steam room.
Stepping inside you’ll be greeted with an 8ft pool table, poker table, and personal bar with built in draft tower! Living room with luxurious seating, electric fireplace, enormous kitchen filled with cooking supplies.
Spacious Bedrooms with walk in closets, personal restrooms and more!
Parking up to 6 cars+RV parking

5000 sq ft living space on a land almost 1 acre in size!

The host was amazing and quick to respond to any special needs. The house is spacious and comfortable. 5 couples stayed comfortably and had great areas to convene. It’s a great location not far from the Strip. It maybe took 15 minutes or so. The service and the amenities really stood out. It was a memorable time! Thank you Brenda!

House was as described on the website. Everything went smooth. We would definitely consider it in the future if we were in the area with a larger group. We had a total of 10 people, and we had plenty of room. The only small hiccup was check-in process, which we were under the understanding as it was listed on the website at 3 PM.
