Spacious furnished apartment on the 2nd floor of a 100 year old home. It was converted to 3 apartments in the 60s keeping much of its Deco charm.

This apartment is 1000 square feet, has AC, a washer & dryer, lots of kitchen supplies full bathroom, living & dining room & bedroom. Deck leads to large fenced yard with grill & pizza oven & gardens.

One time cash pet fee of $200.

This is a wonderful property in SATX with fabulous hosts. It is centrally located so it is easy to get to the Alamo, Market Square, and the Pearl. I look forward to booking this property again.
