The host was great! Nancy & Carlos were so helpful in showing me around (where to park,etc) and making sure all door codes and gate codes worked. The place was so cute and welcoming! We were in town for the livestock show, this location was very convient, about 15 mins away from Frost Center.

Well, you might as well tell me why. 2 stars as almost as bad as it gets. Apparently, something has changed between your experience and many past guest high ratings and great experiences. What? Were past guests experiences an anomaly or yours? How?

The place was very nice. It was a quiet and nice neighborhood. I liked that we could park the car inside the yard. The hosts were very nice as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t like that they have plastic on the windows so you can’t see outside. I felt kind of shut in, I like the sunlight in the morning.

Rain delayed the painters from finishing the exterior painting prior to your stay during Christmas. Therefore, we needed to leave the windows covered with plastic. Irony, Christmas was sunny, before Christmas was not. Painters are scheduled to finish the exterior oainting Monday.

Everything about this place was so homey and nice - from the little balcony seating area and the games under the tv. Bedrooms and kitchen was very accommodating and would definitely stay here again. Very safe property and very gracious hosts!

Giving to others in need is very rewarding. We're big sports fans and go to many events. So, when staying here, ask us what's happening.

Why they chose this property

We bought this place because of its unique Spanish Colonial architecture despite it's rundown condition. The upstairs outdoor patio in the Tower caught my eye especially.

We invested significantly in its restoration to perhaps it's original beauty back in 1928 when it was built. I hope you love the results as we do.
