About this property
Ski-In/Out Condo | Hot Tub | Fireplace
Summary:
Closest building to ski lift in Telluride!! You will love this refreshed luxury condo - ski in/out, on the river trail and a 5 minute walk to just about everything - if tired or don't feel like walking, the shuttle comes every 10-20 minutes stopping right outside the door. The shared hot tub directly overlooking the slopes is the best way to end a day out. In the summer, you are right on the river trail, center of everything but have privacy of being on the edge of this 10 block town.
The Space:
Two ensuite bedrooms on the main level each sleep a couple comfortably. Above, the mezzanine provides additional sleeping - note that access is via a steep ladder-style staircase, which works well for adults and older kids but is not suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. The private balcony sits off the living area and looks toward the ski runs. You will love it! The living room has a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours. Private keypad entry, no shared interior spaces. The building hot tub and outdoor gas grill are a short walk across the courtyard. Ski-in/ski-out access to Chair 7 is through the building's shared gate. Free parking in the large lot across the street.
The Neighborhood:
Telluride is a 10-block Victorian mining town at the end of a box canyon - a National Historic Landmark with Colorado Avenue running through the middle. Restaurants, trails, and the free gondola to Mountain Village are all walkable. The town festival calendar (Bluegrass, Film, Jazz, and more) is one of the best in the mountain west, with most events happening in the park at the east end of Main Street.
Getting Around:
350 South Mahoney Drive - at the base of the ski area, steps from Chair 7. The Galloping Goose free shuttle has two stops nearby and loops all of Telluride every 20 minutes, including a stop at the free gondola to Mountain Village. Clark's Market for groceries is a 5-minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
· The mezzanine is reached via steep ladder-style stairs - adults and older children only.
· No air conditioning - Telluride summers are cool; fans and humidifiers are provided.
· Dogs welcome. $175 pet fee applies. Pay in advance. Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
· Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

Check in & parking was a breeze. The property is a close walk to everything in the Town of Telluride. We had a great weekend there with our kids and would gladly stay there again!
The host was very welcoming! The house was very clean and cozy.

It was nice. The communication was good but almost too many different messages that said the same thing leading up to our stay.

The refrigerator and freezer were both broken and did not work. We reached out to the property manager, and he never responded. We had food go to waste. It was also clear that it hadn't worked in a while.

Great location . Nice unit but very tiny- ok for 2. A lot of stairs . No welcome package with information about the area or how to work items in the unit . Kitchen and bathroom not well stocked . Parking great .
Overall a great place to stay. Perfect location, good parking, good heating and comfy furniture. Gas stove is super nice and all the pots pans plates etc very high quality. Only a couple of things to consider. There was no parking pass so we had to write our own and we didn't bring a pen and paper with us on the plane so we had to go buy some. I didn't see anyone get towed though so its probably not a big problem. The metal ladder going up to the loft is not very secure. It rolls along the floor and does not lock in place so it will try to roll on you when you climb it if you're not careful. An able bodied athletic adult will have no issue but I wouldn't let a child or a grandparent try to climb it. The couch only really comfortably fits 3 people so one person always had to sit on the not so comfy dining table chairs. Wifi was a little spotty but we were on the slopes the whole time so it didn't matter much. Hot tub isn't monitored by anyone so the temp is limited but still nice.
