The Cabin in the Trees was exactly as described and was everything we were looking for as a stay in Jim Thorpe. The host was amazing with communications and provided us with all the info on all the things to do, places to see and restaurants to visit. At the same time he completely gave us our privacy and we knew we could reach him quickly if necessary. I hope to visit again!
The best weekend getaway! Totally recharged and the most dog friendly stay I have ever had. Chad, the property manager was so helpful, polite and attentive. We want to book it again for next year

This cabin is situated in one of the most dreamiest of places, and the love and care the owner put into creating different sitting areas/lookout points and an oasis definitely shows. We loved our stay, especially our dog loved going up and down the trail. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and is located in the perfect location, 5 minutes walk into town. We are already planning to trip back in the summer.
The cabin was quaint and close to everything. We walked everywhere. The train and trolley ride is a must and the restaurants were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
We really enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect. The cabin is adorable, the outdoor areas were beautiful, and it was a short walk to all the stores, landmarks and restaurants. I couldn't recommend this more!
Cabin was very clean and well equipped. Extremely private. Grounds were awesome and has stepped trails up the mountain, one of the things we liked most about our entire visit to Jim Thorpe. We'll be back!
The cabin was clean and comfortable. Lots of out door area for us to enjoy. Parking in Jim Thorpe was a nightmare but that had nothing to do with the hosts of the property.
Beautiful little cabin on picture perfect location. We will definitely be back and our Husky puppy loved the property too . Congrats to the owners for having such a perfect place to stay ❤️

About the host

I am drawn to Jim Thorpe and to the Pocono's in general and am very glad to live in this amazing town surrounded by the ever changing Appalachian landscape. You cannot beat the endless miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, or the tubing, kayaking, skirmish, yoga, skiing, rivers, lakes, and fishing or the cultural and historical attractions. So close to the major east coast cities, yet worlds away!
