- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the back walkway, facing outward toward the main entrance and parking. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site with shared outdoor amenities; other travelers may be present during your stay
- Starting March 29th, the river will be dammed up. Water levels will be impacted, and full levels cannot be guaranteed during the construction
- Given the proximity to the river, insects and pests may be seen in/around the home. The property is treated regularly by a professional pest control service
